- arrange all land transfer documents
- liaise with your financial institution regarding new mortgages and discharges
- provide change of ownership advice to all local authorities (Shire, Water, Department of Treasury and Finance)
- check all associated documentation and adjust rates/taxes
- attend settlement and disburse any and all funds accordingly
If you decide to nominate West Perth Property Settlements as your Settlement Agent:
- Please click “Contact Us” and email your full name, the address of the property purchased and your Real Estate Agents’ contact details, then...
- Call your Real Estate Agent directly and advise them of West Perth Property Settlements contact details, or...
- Click the “Tell a Friend/Advise Real Estate Agent” link located on the left hand side of this page, then:
- Enter your Real Estate Agent's email address.
- Enter your own contact details.
- In the “Personalised Message box”, enter text to advise that you have nominated West Perth Property Settlement to act as your settlement agent
Your Real Estate Agent will then be automatically notified to send documentation to this office immediately.
- Private sales: please fax / email to this office a copy of the accepted Contract for Sale of Land with your contact details.
Once this office is in receipt of the Contract for Sale we can begin to work towards the satisfaction of all contract conditions and the nominated settlement date.
